Utilization of modern methods in integrated management system of construction company

Diploma thesis focuses on the use of modern methods in an integrated management system construction company. The first part is devoted to theoretical introduction of selected modern methods and process management. Describes the possibilities of using the cloud information system and the way of auditing of company processes by standards. In the practical part is introduced monitored company including a description of control mechanisms. The work is mainly focused on the analysis and identification of processes in construction company in selected area of managing the commissions. The final section contains design and implementation of information system and possibility for using of modern methods.

Bachelor thesis deals with selection of suitable for a small company operating in joinery branch and furniture production. In the thesis there is a theoretical base laid in the sense of introduction into information systems issue. Furthermore the company analysis and evaluation of system requirements is executed. Main solution of the thesis is selection of the optimal option based on previous analysis and with intention of optimalizing the company processes.

Trends in Enterprise Information Systems with Emphasis on CRM Systems

The intention of this master thesis is the presentation of the selected trends in CRM information systems. The opening part is aimed at management of customer relationships, which are analysed in terms of marketing and ICT technologies. This part also introduces the readers to the architecture of CRM information systems and to possible ways of implementing of these solutions. Moreover, it presents some vendors of CRM solutions that are leaders on the market. The following part is solely focused on the trends in CRM information systems. These trends are primarily related to cloud computing, social CRM and the internet of things. The next part of this thesis applies the findings from the previous chapters in a practical way. It deals with a creation of the request for a new CRM solution in an actual company from SME segment. The introduction of this chapter presents the chosen enterprise and analyses the current state of CRM and ICT in this company. The next part defines expected goals and the main requirements for a new CRM solution in the company. The conclusion of this part is focused on the choice of suitable vendors who will be asked for proposal and the evaluation criteria of the bid. Data migration data model in core banking system implementation project

This thesis follows up two views on the data migration project. First of all there is a basic description of data migration within MBI model. This model is created by information technology department on the University of Economy in Prague. The thesis fills in this model data migration task and related objects as task roles or documents. In the next part the thesis focus on concrete project of implementation of core banking system. More detail is dedicated to the data migration part of this project. First there are described principles of work in data migration and next the thesis aims on data model of data migration which is used as a documentary tool. This model is evaluated from the benefits and risks view for data migration and next there are described creation and updating of it. These activities are provided mostly by macros in VBA script language, which are created here for these purposes. In the end some options of model extension are designed and evaluated.
